About

min launcher is a personal desktop tool. Its owner is its only user. The owner uses it to publish the owner's own short videos to the owner's own accounts on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, and to read those accounts' own statistics. It is not offered to anyone else.

Terms of use

• min launcher uses YouTube API Services. By using min launcher, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms
• When it is used with TikTok, the TikTok Terms of Service apply: https://www.tiktok.com/legal/terms-of-service
• When it is used with Instagram, the Instagram Terms of Use apply: https://help.instagram.com/581066165581870
• Only accounts the owner controls are connected. The tool posts only what the owner approves, one post at a time.
• The tool is provided as is, without warranty.

Privacy policy

• min launcher uses YouTube API Services. Google Privacy Policy: http://www.google.com/policies/privacy
• What it accesses, only for accounts the owner owns and authorizes:
  • YouTube: channel ID and title; the owner's uploaded videos (titles, descriptions, tags, privacy settings); video statistics (views, likes, comments); YouTube Analytics metrics of the owner's channels (watch time, average view duration, subscribers gained and lost); YouTube Reporting API reach reports (thumbnail impressions, click-through rate).
  • Instagram: account ID and username; the owner's media (captions, links, timestamps) and their insights (views, reach, likes, comments, shares, saves, watch time).
  • TikTok: open ID, display name, username and profile statistics (followers, likes, video count); the owner's public videos and their counts (views, likes, comments, shares).
• How it uses the data: to publish the owner's videos with the caption and visibility the owner chooses for each post, and to show the owner's own numbers to the owner for planning. Some numbers are calculated by the tool (for example, a video's views divided by the median views of earlier videos). Those calculated numbers are not platform data.
• Where it is stored: only on the owner's own computer (the access tokens and the data above). The tool sends data only to the platforms' own APIs and websites.
• Sharing: none. The data is not shared, sold or shown to anyone else. No ads. No third-party content.
• Cookies and device storage: the tool is a local program. It stores the files above on the owner's computer and does not place cookies.
• Refresh and deletion: the tool refreshes the data daily and checks its authorization at least every 30 days. To delete the stored data, the owner deletes the tool's data folders; deletion requests are completed within 7 days. Deleting this data does not delete anything on the platforms; to delete data there, use the platform itself.
• Revoking access: Google — https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions; TikTok — in the TikTok app, Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services permissions (manage app permissions); Instagram — Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
